Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations will be entertained for services availed under promotional offers, special occasion packages, discounted schemes, or limited-period offers. Such services are non-cancellable under any circumstances.
- Daya General Hospital Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking or account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in case of violation of hospital policies, misuse of services, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds in such cases shall be subject to management review.
Refund Policy
- We strive to deliver the highest standards of quality healthcare services to our patients.
- If a patient is not satisfied with the services provided, a refund request may be submitted in writing to the hospital management for review.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued through:
- Account credit (if applicable), or
- Direct bank transfer to the patient’s registered bank account.
- If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of transaction.
- For payments made through a payment gateway, refunds will be processed back to the same bank account linked to the original transaction.
- Refunds are subject to applicable deductions such as administrative charges, processing fees, or service charges, wherever applicable.
