Had to undergo a surgery in my hand due to spurting bleeding from a wound. From the moment I reached the casualty department until I got discharged I was taken care of extremely well by all the nurses and doctors. I would like to mention the names of nurse Liffin, Dr Amjad and Dr Emil Joseph and the nurses in the operation theater(don't know their names) in particular. They made me feel so comfortable with their extreme care and service. Hospital has all facilities and it's clean and well maintained.

I am Dr. Lipin S Prasad, Consultant Intensivist at PK Das Institute Of Medical Sciences & Medical College, Vaniamkulam would first of all like to thank the whole ER Team and staff for their immaculate support and speedy care given to Mr. Sudeep 36yrs male who had unfortunately met with a Car VS Pedestrian RTA. He was drunk and there was no identity or relatives with him. But when I brought him to your ER, the patient was immediately given a First aid, Limb stabilization and E Fast was performed with secured lines. As a Critical Care specialist, I am really so impressed with the way the patient was handled even before any registration. this shows the healing attitude of your doctors and staff. Dr. Minhas Oravil ER Physician and the staff on duty at that time were so cordial and supportive that Investigation and assessment happened smoothly without causing any unnecessary delay. The ER staff were so friendly with me and my friend Dr. Saravana, Dr. Divya and they were keeping the ER so peaceful despite emergencies at Critical /Priority Bays I appreciate the Emergency team for their immense hard work and sincere approach. Please continue the same level of services.
